Porter Cable Expansion Tools
Hi Everyone-
Porter Cable has come out with a new cordless system and they also have included Expansion tools-- much like the DeWalt bare tools-- these tools do NOT come with a battery or charger--- so if you already have the battery system from a kit or tool then you can add more tools without having to pay for more batteries and chargers. Check it out!

DeWalt Industrial Cobalt Drill Bits
DEWALT, a leading manufacturer of industrial power tools and accessories, announces the launch of a new line of Industrial Cobalt Drill Bits. The new line (DD4004B12 – DD4426B6) has been designed for glaziers, electricians, elevator installers, HVAC, exterior metal and general contractors, in addition to tradesmen working in metal fabricating shops. This new product offering delivers unsurpassed performance in both drill presses and hand drill applications, and is ideal for drilling into stainless steel, high temperature alloys, high tensile materials, as well as all mild and medium gauge metals.
These drill bits feature a patent pending web taper design that offers increased strength, rigidity and breakage resistance. Additionally, the bits have an optimized 135-degree split point that allows them to start on contact and penetrate the material more quickly. For faster drilling and chip ejection, DEWALT's Industrial Cobalt Drill Bits also feature a unique, heavy-duty flute design, which produces faster chip ejection.

DEWALT LAUNCHES NEW WORM DRIVE CIRCULAR SAW
DEWALT, a leading manufacturer of industrial power tools, launches a new Worm Drive ( DWS535 ) Circular Saw with user-driven innovations and field-proven durability enhancements, resulting in an improved jobsite solution for framers, concrete formers, and other professional circular saw users.
Featuring DEWALT's Toughcord™ cord retention and protection system, a sturdy magnesium shoe and rugged control levers and handles, the new Worm Drive Saw offers users the increased durability they demand on the jobsite. This model includes a true worm drive mechanism for longer life and higher torque. The new Worm Drive Saw also has a class-leading 53-degree bevel capacity with DEWALT’s patented bevel detent system, enabling the user to set common cut angles quickly and accurately.

DEWALT Launches the New MAGNETIC ToughCase® Container
February 2010 — DEWALT , a leading manufacturer of industrial power tools and accessories, announces the launch of the new MAGNETIC ToughCase® Container, a jobsite accessory storage solution. The ToughCase Container will be available in two set configurations, including the standard 15-piece Fastening Set (DWMTC15) and the 20-piece IMPACT READY® Drilling/Driving Set (DWMTCIR20).
The MAGNETIC ToughCase Container, which was developed as a result of extensive user research and field-testing, has been designed to meet professionals' repeated requests for a durable, compact and functional storage solution for bits, hole saws and other common accessories.
Constructed from the same high impact resistant material that is used for DEWALT 's XRPTM cordless drill housing, the ToughCase Container is extremely heavy-duty and capable of withstanding jobsite abuse. With its compact footprint, the ToughCase Container conveniently fits into users’ pockets or pouches, making it easily accessible at all times. Its small size is still large enough to hold common accessories including 6" SDS+ and drill bits, 1 3/8" step bits and hole saws.
Two magnets on top of the lid allow users to adhere the case to any ferrous material, and the rubber bumpers prevent the case from sliding. The built-in hooks on the back of the case make it easy for users to hang it from most materials, such as electrical boxes, which gives contractors the ability to focus on the task at hand and quickly finish the job.
"Engaging in conversations with professional contractors was essential in the development of the new MAGNETIC ToughCase Container," commented Stas' Kotula, Assistant Product Manager for DEWALT Accessories.
